The German Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is lead by twelve highly experienced and established Managing Directors and Senior Directors. As an Intern(m/f/d) you will work on the following tasks:
Assist on financial due diligence buy-side and sell-side assignments
Support with preparing proposals for Financial Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Assistance projects
Other M&A related (research) tasks e.g.assisting on managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting of private equity
At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:
Advanced bachelor's orcurrently enrolled in a Master’sprogramme
Strong affinity for figures and interest in Accounting, Finance and M&A deal cycle
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus
Fluent business level in German and English is essential
