The Role:
As a Business Transformation Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in driving initiatives that shape the future of healthcare services, focusing on improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer service and delivering superior patient care.
The role is highly collaborative and involves working closely with the operations, the digital product delivery team, vendors and various stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operations and customer experience.
- Analyse and synthesise large datasets to inform decision-making.
- Document and design process improvements using diagramming tools.
- Define and assess solutions from multiple perspectives: customer, risk, technology, and user.
- Coordinate the delivery of these solutions across business and tech teams.
- Collaborate with Digital Product Managers to maintain and optimize product backlogs.
- Train employees on new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Skills and Experience
- Approx 4-6 years in a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on transformation or operations.
- Experience in heavy industry or blue-collar environments.
- Experience digitalising a process would be beneficial to hit the ground running on the first project.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with getting up to speed with healthcare terminology and highly technical settings.
