You’re eager to apply your advanced consulting experience and full defense knowledge to develop creative solutions. As a Digital Transformation Consultant on our team, you’ll be trusted to transform and modernize defense client systems by utilizing experience design and implementing low-code and no-code platforms to deliver digital solutions. Using various tools and coding languages, including Microsoft’s Power Platform, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to define requirements and implement transformative technology solutions.
In this role, you’ll directly impact Department of Defense mission partners by helping to translate their business needs, processes, and procedures into new and modern work systems. You Have:
Experience leading and managing teams of technical consultants
Experience developing and implementing digital transformation strategies
Knowledge of low-code and no-code platforms
Ability to effectively manage and communicate change within an organization
Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience working with defense clients
Experience with user experience or human-centered design principles or methodologies
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Knowledge of Power Platform
Possession of strong project management skills, to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Possession of strong communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to identify and address complex business challenges
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
