As a Leadership Senior Consultant, you will play an important role as part of the Culture & Leadership stream of the Future Hub (a Bank-wide transformation office), helping to shape and implement Leadership practices and programs to drive lasting change across the Reserve Bank of Australia.
Working closely with the Leadership Manager and Project Manager, the Culture Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and delivery of various Bank-wide programs across a number of HR domains.
You will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast moving and dynamic transformation environment, with a passion for excellence and timely execution.
This role is a great fit for a HR professional with culture and project / transformation experience looking for broader exposure to other HR areas.
