Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) as one of A&M’s core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner. In the process, our short-term focus is always on restoring the financial and operational performance of the companies. As part of the CTS team, you support clients in various industries (e.g. including retail, automotive, manufacturing) from the upper medium-sized businesses and international corporations.
As an Analyst(m/f/d) you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Corporate Transformation team
Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts;
Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects (\rapid results\);
International projects focused on strategy, corporate structureor company-wide efficiency improvements.
At best you already have the following qualifications:
Excellent Master's degree or higher education;
Initial consulting experience (e.g. through an internship) with a leading international strategy or management consultancy
Additional Industry experience desirable;
Sound knowledge of restructuring, operations and project management;
Goal- and performance-oriented, charismatic personality;
Professional and confident working style;
Open and sociable nature;
Native speaker or business fluent German and English, other foreign languages are of advantage.
