Leadership and Talent Consultant (fixed-term 9 months)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership & Talent Consultant, supporting our internal Leadership and Talent team.
The purpose of the role is to assist and support the delivery of the Talent and Leadership portfolio of work – with particular focus on supporting solutions that enable us to create talent pipelines that build mindsets, capabilities and experiences required at KPMG both now and into the future.

You love all aspects of program management, from scoping and conducting needs analyses, collaborating with vendors and SMEs, developing communications, and coordinating the delivery of workshops, to managing budgets, and working to a project plan.
You are an avid learner with a deep passion for leadership and organisational development. You are curious, keen to collaborate, learn from others, and stay abreast of organisational development thought leadership and new technology.

Your Opportunity
As part of the internal Leadership and Talent team, this person will play a key role in providing program and project support to the Leadership and Talent Development portfolios This includes :
- Assist in the research, design and preparation of talent and leadership materials and collateral, including the management and safe storage of data and resources to support talent initiatives
- Actively monitor project plans, communication plans, budgets, and invoicing
- Streamline processes at the interface of new technology
- Contribute to and align to team governance processes
- Liaise with Learning Operations to ensure timely and efficient deployment of programs
- Support the capacity planning and resource management of solutions, working with coaches, facilitators, and vendors.
- Effectively communicate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance the user experience
Qualifications
Your experience:
To be successful in this position your experience is likely to include some or all of the following:
- Background in leadership/learning, talent management , business partnering, or HR data and analytics
- Ability to drive your own projects and manage them end-to-end
Desired, but not required
- Qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Change Management, or other relevant fields
