Feddersen Consulting Group (FCG) is seeking to engage the services of an enthusiastic and proactive consultant to join its committed team in providing compliance consulting services to clients in preparation for ISO certification and/or regulatory compliance.
FCG's core business is management system consulting and assisting clients to achieve and to maintain their Quality, Environmental, and Safety management systems that comply with the relevant International and Australian Standards in private and public sectors.
Job Summary
Are you a dedicated Management Consultant who can assist clients through the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of their Integrated Management Systems (IMS), encompassing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards?
Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Attendance at meetings.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of client organisations to evaluate current processes, systems, and practices against ISO standards and other requirements.
- Ability to prepare and development documentation to support clients and their bespoke management systems.
- Providing advice and solutions to meet clients’ requirements and goals.
- Travel to sites and offices.
- Developing and maintaining Management Plans in consultation with the client.
- Performing site and project inspections to verify compliance with relevant requirements.
- Investigate, or assist in the investigation of, any quality, environmental or safety incidents that occur.
- Conducting internal audits, compiling, and issuing reports with findings.
- Attendance at external audits to support our clients through the process.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Application of logic and smarts to the role.
- Tertiary qualifications preferably in business or science.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive and accurate note taking capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Application of critical and analytical thinking to the development of holistic solutions that have a positive impact on the team and organisations.
- “Can Do” attitude
- Experience in the development and implementation of management systems.
Preferred
- Construction white card.
- Intimate knowledge of:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
- ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management Systems (Optional)
Additional Requirements
- Availability to travel as needed.
- A valid driver’s license.
