WHAT YOU WILL DO
Delivers through a project team, made up of Renoir and client staff, operational and financial improvements within a client organization. Delivers a result to the defined standard of quality whilst managing within cost and time constraints.
Manage the projects deliverables to the time, cost and quality requirements. Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the project’s sponsor and stakeholders. Deliver the management of the project according to Renoir’s policies and procedures.Responsibilities will include;
- Implement Lean Construction methodologies to optimize project processes.
- Develop and maintain advanced project progress control systems.
- Analyze project data to identifying improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Create detailed reports and KPIs to track project performance and provide insights to stakeholders.

YOU WILL HAVE
- Experience as a Consultant using Portuguese and English language.
- Whole life cycle experience of an implementation consultancy project with Renoir or a competitor. Graduate level or equivalent
- Proven experience in Lean methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in advanced project progress control, including financial, physical, and operational aspects.
• Ability to create comprehensive reports and KPI's.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Drive, commitment, confidence, leadership through engagement, and influencing, communication, organizing, resilience, problem-solving, flexibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, or project management
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and project management software
Demonstrated ability to deliver successful outcomes within budget and deadline
